Eric Arnold put together an impressive side-by-side video of his best run
verses my run in his car.  His run and video were on the right, mine on the
left.  I'd upload it but the file is 20Meg.

He used Adobe Premiere, it came with the video capture board he purchased.

adobe premiere on a PC/Mac or Final Cut Pro on a Mac can do this for
you.  unfortunately both are quite expensive.  it is possible that there
are cheaper options out there.
