Normally I'd just check the rulebook on a question like this, but I don't
have one handy and I'd like to get an answer soon.
One of our scouts has driven my car at events. He is 17 now. In the past
his Dad has been able to go so I didn't have to do anything with the minor
release forms. This weekend his Dad can't make it but he'd still like to
attend.
This will be a new region for him so he doesn't already have a form filled
out with them.
What do I need to do, if it is even possible?
