To emphasize on this some...

I'm one of the folks that starts turning a deaf ear when the "but
roadracing classes do this!" talk starts.

This isn't because I hate roadracers or think they're idiots, or whatever.

Its because solo is different enough from roadracing that I believe
classing decisions can and typically will be different.

Now, that doesn't mean we shouldn't steal ideas from them whenever we can.
We can learn a ton from the ways they've tried to deal with shock issues
in SS, how they've bolstered Production numbers, etc.

But when someone says to me that a car is miss-classed in solo because its
classed somewhere else in roadracing with no other information, I tend to
ignore them.
