Tire Warming

If this becomes a rule, I guess I won't be able to leave the site and go
get something to eat at the near-by choke & puke and report to grid just
before I run unless my tires are ice cold. Oh well, so much for having
lunch off-site before I run unless I take the bus or call a taxi.
