I had mine in Saskatchewan. If the temp got below -20 the starter would
stick. I had to keep the positive battery cable loose so I could pull it
before I fried the starting system. Never found a mechanic that could fix
it, but then I couldn't afford to ask very many. I was also in college. I
drove across Montana at 100+ in it. My brother told me I shouldn't drive it
that fast. He was right. They had one cylinder which was easy to cook -
which I did.
