POR-15 is not a conversion coating and is not porous. POR-15 is a
Cyanoacrylic (superglue) coating. But Calvin is right about rust converters,
they are not really paint.

The conversion coatings, such as POR, must be overcoated with a sealing top
coat.  These films are very porous and perform badly in damp areas.
Disregard this warning is you live in Yuma!

Oh! how I hate those foam brushes on anything rough, like rusted frames!
