1. I figure if I give the chassis a good massage, with thoughtful
consideration to angle and placement, and some whispered urgings, it should
ease right into place.
2. I've done enough test fitting beforehand, so that the consumation of the
marriage should go silky smooth. >:>
Seriously, I've test fitted the block fully dressed with heads, manifold,
carb and Pro-Flo air cleaner and the hood closes with 1/2" to spare - that
is of course after a bit of trimming to shorten the filter a bit. The
exhaust headers ARE going to be fun......
