One of my annual rituals before I go to Shasta or Solvang is to prep my soft
top. Since I never use it it tends to shrink quite abit just sitting on the
shelf. Because on the lack of sun in SF I install the top and place a space
heater inside the car to get the temperature up. It usually takes about a
day to stretch it out to fit the car. I also place a thermometer in the car
to get a reading and usually it gets to about 105 degrees in the car.
