Go to a Jaguar show and look at the old sedans. The front marker lights are 
leaded into the fenders. Where they aren't actually lifting, the lead 
telegraphs right through the paint. I recommend Metal-to-Metal filler. It is a 
resin 
filler which uses aluminum dust. Most fillers use talcum powder which is 
anhydrous. (Have I got that right? I meant that it absorbs water).
