Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
eBay has a few pages about settling
disputes between buyers and sellers.
The link below includes a non-paying
bidder warning, which should be sent
before you put out a negative comment.
If a negative comment is warranted, by
all means put it out there so others can
see how this bidder operates.
Unfortunately some jerks like to see
their names at the top of the bidder
list on certain items whether or not
they really intend to purchase the item.

Does anyone know an ebayer by the name
mo8toe2?  He made a winning bid on a
roadster part 2 weeks ago and has not
responded to the invoice or numerous
emails.  What do you all think I should
do before leaving negative feedback?  I
would like to try to contact him before
leaving feedback.  I wouldn't even leave
negative feedback if he would contact me
to say he would like to back out.
