Thanks for your help with the ID.

I think Tom Faust found it.

A google search on "1938 Ford Deluxe" came up
with several dozen pictures, and they pretty
much match what I can make out in the original
photo.

My apologies for the fuzzy jpeg. (and spelling:
"fenter"=fender.  Sheesh.)
