Both Datsunparts.com and Fairladyparts.com (Page 150) carry those.  They 
call them Door Escutcheons.

Datsunparts.com (Part # 1300 4 Plastic pieces only $40 or #2100 including 
Springs $47).

I couldn't find pricing for Fairladyparts, but they're bound to be 
comparable.
