Al,
After about 5-10 years mine started flexing 2 inches forward instead of
the 1 inch. Look at any of the plastic fans and it is a know fact that
they fatigue and crack. As far as success I would say that any fan that
has got the rap of the Texas cooler for taking out radiators isn't a
very good product. I cannot hear any difference between the 90 degree
fan that the Nock's sell any more than that of the original or the Texas
cooler. Hey it's your radiator; I am just letting people know that
there are other better alternatives available.

Don,
I've had great success with Texas Cooler fans on both Healeys I've
owned.
I've never heard of them failing due to fatigue. What period of time do
you
suspect they start to fatigue? Does anyone else support this theory?
I tried the 6 blade SS fan after Moss recalled their 6 blade fan and
found
the noise it made obtrusive before switching to the Texas Cooler. I've
been
running cool in the High Desert of California ever since.
