[oletrucks] steering box

can someone give me some detailed info on power steering conversions for
a 1952  3100 with a V-8 ? i know about the kits available to install a
1973-
1978 truck steering box forward of the axle but will i have to modify
the inner fender and will the tire rub the box? does the shock have to
be relocated? is there anything else out there that will work without
making alot of mods ???
