Wayne,
    the size shop your looking at sounds wondefull! 6 years ago I bought my
shop from Morgan. One of those pre-fab/drop in your spot shops. It was
2900.00 and then about another grand to wire and finish it out.
    Some people freaked when they saw the wood floor, but I've had no
problems with it at all.
    The shop is 14X24, and while close quarters I enjoy it. Ace (my 56
Panel) really fills it up. But I don't have as much to clean! =)
