OK, I'll level with you. I have resto packs for every year between 1931 and
1962. I usually get 3 years at a time. I have the distinct impression that
the order takers have no idea whether I'm giving a "legal" serial number and
don't care. they do not know that a T in the number stands for Tarrytown NY
where most of my trucks were built. It's just a job for them, unfortunately.
Don't sweat the VIN.
