The "Restoration Package" is the term the Chevy folks at customer service
told me I needed. They recognized what I needed right away and entered it
into the computer. months and months ago. Its free and I dunno what
happened. I'll try again this week. I dont want just generic info. I want to
know (as the reason I gave them my VIN number) the day it rolled off the
production line as well as who turned the last bolt and what they had for
breakfast! (anything I can get on the history of MY SPECIFIC truck. I am
doubting much of this is available, but I hope they can do their best. Altho
if there best has anything to do with the service I have received so far, I
am guessing I would be better off making up the info on my own.
