thats what i thought it was for ....but i do not have the knowledge that bob has
on these subjects,,,,but i sure am glad when im on the right track....and on the
tank collapse thing again....would not the rubber fuel line....( if there is any
along the fuel line.) collapse along time befor the fuel tank could.....imagine 
a
plain straw it would collapse befor the beer can would...so all you old truckers
go experiment to night....lol
