I just finished painting my cab this summer. I used 6 quarts of PPG
primer on the inside and outside (Painting a truck was a skill I never
figured I would need. I practiced a lot). I used 1 quart of a brown
for the inside. I'm going to need about two spray cans for touch up of the
brown. The place I bought the paint can load the paint in to spray
cans too. The outside has so far taken 1 quart. This painted the
everything except the area behind the bed and under the cab. I am
not doing the engine side of the firewall. The paint also included
the doors inside and out, brown on the inside and red on the outside.
I did three coats.

If you live in the Denver area, there is a paint store that has
all the original car color paint chips in the original books. Let
me know if your interested because I have to look up the name and
address.
