justin, take one of the rings and put it in the cyl bore and take a piston
turn it upside down and make sure it is square in the bore . It should fit
with a small amount of clerence on the ends of the ring,I dont rember just
what the clerence should be at the moment but if you are having the problem
of getting them in then this should tell if it is the right ring .
I`m thinking about 10-19 thou. on the clerence.
Also it is easy to get the oil rings out of whack, make sure they are
sitting down in the groove right.
Also the ring squeezer must be tight, I will put mine on and bump the piston
some and re tighten before I start in the bore. make sure you use a lot of
oil to lube them at this point.
