Most Spitfires (62-76), GT6 and TR6s all had the same steering wheel hub
splines.  The late Spitfires (77 and up)had a larger spline diameter.

And the stock early 1500 steering wheel is approx 14" in diameter (14.5"
outer edge to outer edge).
