Well, I used the magic of the Dremel this time. I used 2 carbide(1 wore out)
carbide cutting blade to get most of the filter off. Now its a dangerous
shard of metal casing, and the disc that wont come off. I AM getting
closer....
Still no lead on how to get the oil filter on.
it might be time to have my dad take a look at it all, and have it hauled
off to his place. He should be able to figure something out.
