Well yes.  YOu have to get a OD main shaft in the
trans to mate with the OD unit.  This requires lots of
internal trans work.  After the correct main shaft is
in, the OD unit slides right on.  Don't forget that
the driveshaft is also a different length.  I got mine
cut and balanced and make sure you get the driveshaft
with sliding splines.  If you can find an OD
driveshaft then you can save time and money.  THe only
hard part is lining up the splines.  After that just
wire it up and you have a great 6 speed trans!
