I can corroborate this with Laura - Freddy takes ~10 minutes to warm up 
completely, even on hot days. Has a new thermostat too. Never reaches full 
operating temp if it is below 60F when driving on the highway. Freddy does 
have an "interesting" cooling system though - the setup from a 79-80 with 
the BIG forward slanted radiator with the electric fan, even though he has 
a 1296 engine from a 69 MKIII.
