I bought a new tachometer cable for my GT6 thinking that was why the
tachometer needle swings wildly back and forth. Alas that wasn't the
problem. It still bounces all around even with a new cable. I've got a
spare tach and it does it with that one too.
Is there anything special that needs to be done to connect the cable from
the distributor to the tach? Could there be something wrong with the gear
in the distributor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
