My idea..
Something is hanging down from the tub or the frame.
It won't show until the weight of the car is on the suspension and then it's
touching the Uni.-joints at the diff or the vertical links.

How about something stuck in one of the tires. Nail/screw that type of
thing.
if its in, but not a puncture then tire nogophlat.
