  Greetings Spitfire Brethren,
     I'm in the middle of a floor/rocker replacement on a '69 Spit. I've
started on the passenger side, where I cut out what was left of the
front floor section and rocker panel. I'm going to fabricate replacement
pieces for the front floors, and I have new rocker panels, inner
stiffeners, and rear fender patch panels I got from Nigel at Spitbits.
I'm wondering just what to use as jacking points underneath the car to
get the rocker alignment correct. I have the front and rear of the car
on stands, but need to raise the middle a bit. Is there anyone who's
been there and done that who could shed some light on this project for
me?? I'm at that point where I wonder "why did I start this??". Any
other tidbits of knowledge on assembling the pieces back together would
be quite valuable to me as well, such as what order to weld them back
in.
    TIA
Kevin
