If your problem were electrical it would occur imediately upon start-up and
not just after warm up, with all the parts you have replaced and the
symptoms you describe you are heating the fuel (already suggested by Marv C)
almost to a boiling point and it will not fire in the chamber, either the
heat shield is not in place or you have a need to wrap the fuel lines to
shield against the manifold heat.  "FT"
