tho there is concern to had by such action said to be
attempted in california, and laws can and have been written
to undo what other laws have done, in general, as applies to
automobiles, they can't make you RETROFIT. cars before (i
think) 1928 didn't have to have front brakes. cars before
'68 didn't have to seat belts for collapsible steering
colums, side marker lights, or ANY pollution devices.
personally i wouldn't be toooOOOOooo concerned about such a
law being enacted, let alone enforced. but then again i
don't live in california.
