Yepper.  My wife has a Park Avenue Ultra and it came from the factory with a 
"Four Note Horn".  You have to be careful when using it though because they 
are so dang loud they scare the crap out of the guy you are trying to warn. 
The "hornee" tends to swerve all over the road trying to get out of the way 
of what he thinks is the oncoming train.   lol
