While at the BusterCluster, Spencer Baker was telling some of us his
frustrations with Apple. He seems to have sent his front shocks to them,
and when they came back, they leaked like a sieve. So, off they went to
Apple. Shortly, they sent him some replacements. He put the replacements
on, and THEY leaked like Noah's flood.
So, Spencer called Apple back to complain, and they told him, "Sorry, you
already received your guaranteed replacement." Needless to say, he was not
only angry, but frustrated.
We introduced him to Peter C. on the spot.
