You must rotate the adjuster to close off some of the flow through the 
Uni-Syn.  The adjuster is the round thing in the middle of the ring that 
fits against the carb. (ascii graphics not attempted)

If yours is like mine there may be a large casting burr that needs to be 
filed off so that you can screw the adjuster down sufficiently.
