Charles,
I have been running one of those external oil feed from TRF for about 3
years. I suppose it does get more oil up there as my car and everybody elses
I see with them installed seem to smoke after the install. It must hve
something to do with the lack of a valve seal and all that oil now showing
up where it didn't an any quantity before. It is mostly noticed when
restarting after a good run on the engine and everything is still hot. Like
when on a road trip and everyone stops for gas.
I have only replaced a scored rocker arm shaft once and that was back in
1975. So I have put quite a few miles on the car without the feed line and
not had any problems. Truthfully I just installed it cause it looked cool;-).
