I'd like to spiff up the engine compartment of "Rags",
and I figure a brightly polished alloy valve cover would set
off the chromed K&N filter pods nicely.
I've seen some photos in "Tiumph World" of some TR6s
that have alloy valve covers that have very deep ribs running
along the top of the cover. The covers advertized by Moss
(both US & UK), TRF, VB and some other US-suppliers have
relatively shallow ribs running along the top. I'd really
prefer the former.
Does anyone know of a source for the "deep-ribbed"
alloy covers, preferably in the US (but anywhere will be just fine).
And yes, I know that the alloy cover will probably not fit
with my EGR valve in place - I need an excuse to get rid of the EGR ;)
