Ken,
Doesn't sound good. I am told that the most common cause of failure of the
servos is a master cylinder leaking into the mechanism. The brake fluid
rots the diaphragm. I'd try applying a vacuum and seeing if it holds before
I did anything else. Cleaning wont do much good if the diaphragm is shot.
