TR7 BFH#14

Getting close to re-assembly time.  T.Hoff balanced the crank and flywheel 
today.  I don't know what the measurements mean, but the machine shop said 
for racing the spec range is 0-3, and for regular driving the spec range is 
3-5.  As it turns out, my crank came in at 0.9, so I guess I'll have to head 
down to the Charlotte speedway and show those NASCAR boys a thing or two.  

Anyone know what they are measuring with 0-3 and 3-5?
