I have Recaro seats in my tr6 since 1975.As you know there
several models available from Recaro,The quality is extremly
high and so are the prices.The seats I have are standard seats no
sport seats and the problem I encountered was that, although they
fit ,this seats were rather large for a TR. To clear the folded top
frame I had to install the seats a little offset at the front.This does
not affect the comfort.As the seats have e reclining back you can
adjust them as you like.You can see the car and seats on
carpictures website. 1970 jasmine TR6.
Beside the Miata seats which look great in TRs there are also new
seats available from Moss with headrests. I have seen these seats
in a friends TR4 and they look and sit well.I think this seats are one
of the best with concern to price/quality as long as you cannot find
any good Miata seats .
