Well having seen both TR6 headers advertised by BPNW, the Pacesetter and the
Kirk Racing, I can say both are inferior and poor products. In one
instance, I installed a Pacesetter and it fit fine, but the mating surface
wasn't machined flat in one spot and caused a serious leak. The Kirk Racing
headers (and this applies to ALL Kirk Racing headers) look like they were
welded together by mentally-challenged monkeys. And if you have a Kirk
Racing TR6 header, and you think it is bad, you should see their MG Midget
headers.

As with all performance oriented products, it is not economical to be cheap.
You'll either lose the extra savings in labour to make the product fit, or
in the destruction of your motor when that improperly hardened camshaft
disintegrates inside.

As for headers, request 865-035... $239.95. This is the TriumphTune
Extrator manifold (but Moss USA won't say that). It is mild steel, and the
fit and finish should be of good quality. They come in stainless steel
also, but I'm not sure if Moss USA carries that one.

Good luck!

Kai
