Yea, theres a gomer on every force..I had to deal with an officer who was a
one man force..75% of all tickets on the docket each week were written by
this one cop. I filed a formal complaint to the State Attorney Generals
Office.
They informed me that they would investigate, but do not reply with results,
although, the number of tickets on the docket by this supercop has
deminished...
