Hey out there.

How do any of you with twin weber downdrafts balance them?
Do you use the old "listen to the sucking sound with a hose" method?

Has anyone made up a spiffy adapter to allow use of a synchronizer meter?
(Uni-sys ..etc)

I was wondering about trying to use the vacuum ports.
Either hooking up a vacuum gauge to each of them or if there were a pressure
differential gauge available (???)

I take it that at idle the throttle plate is closed far enough that the
vacuum port is not on the engine side of the plate .. which is why the
vacuum drops off to zilch (at this port) when the car is idling.

But if you cracked it open and ran the car at 2400 or more RPM . . .
wouldn't you want to see equal vacuum values on both carbs?
Would a difference in vacuum from one carb to the other be an indication
that they aren't synchronized correctly?
