e-bay vendor

I bought an item for my TR3 with Buy it now (Item # 2434951573) from jdwtrxk 
in Annapolis MD.  Now it's re-listed (Item # 2435670790) from grbrakke in 
Portland OR.  Anyone ever deal with either of these E-Bay sellers?  I think if 
I 
was going to scam someone,, I'd do it for more than $12.  Didn't they make a 
movie about guys like this,, Dumb & Dumber?
But I"m sure there is an honest explanation,
