Terry, you are doing all the right things, try more heat if by propane, you
can't really do any harm with propane. Keep working the Powerblaster into
the joint. Alternate the heat and fluid and maybe try a strap style wrench
or an oil filter wrench. It's the typical corrosion between aluminum and
steel that you are battling with. Try tapping on the sides lightly with a
soft hammer too. You will eventually break it loose.
