I thought I'd seen all the TR4 stuff and then you share such a nice piece as
the '1962 Motor Trader Service Data #393' with us.
No one in the past 5 years has been able to tell me factory specs on TR3-4
cylinder head valve spring 'strengths' (it's not in any of the books I have)
and
yet finally ... here it is!
Fitted load:
Auxilliary spring (exhaust only): 10lb.
Inner spring: 33lb.
Outer spring: 38lb.
Thanks for sharing this document.
ps; I've never seen this rendition of the 'TR4 Wiring Diagram' either - it's
not the same drawing as Factory or Owner's manual..
