Bead blasting brake calipers

I'm planning to bead blast the calipers on my TR4 as part of a rebuild of
the brake system.  I've got them torn down with the pistons and seals
removed.

Do I need to plug the various ports in the caliper bodies to keep beads out,
or will flushing and blowing out the passages afterwards be adequate? If the
passages should be plugged, what's a simple and effective way of doing this?
