Might not be easy, but I made up a big "brass drift" out of a length of 1"
iron pipe (don't recall offhand if it was 9" or 12", but was a standard
"nipple" at Home Despot), with an ordinary cap on one end and a brass cap on
the other.  I rest the brass end against the bottom of the liner and smack
the other with a BFH.  Work your way around the liner.

If you're replacing the rings with the same size, then just a very light
honing to break the glaze is appropriate.  I bought a suitably sized "Flex
Hone" for the purpose

If you're wanting an overbore, then I don't have any comment, as I've always
just replaced the liners when "going large".  At one time, the 87mm kits
were cheaper than a set of 83mm pistons and rings.
