Don't answer even if you do have an account. I also get 2-3 PayPal emails a
week asking me to update my account. I fell for the first one, but luckily
when I "signed in" on the official PayPal looking website it took me to, I
forgot my password and guessed wrong. Surprise, the wrong password worked on
this site! Lord help me if my memory had worked and I had given them my
correct password.
