I think this is on the mark.  I race because I love old cars and can have a 
great time with a bunch of other people that enjoy the same things.  Racing a 
948 Bugeye, I never have to worry about being in the front.  There is always 
someone to run with (who cares if it is in the front, middle or back) and it 
just does not get any better than to run some laps a few feet apart.  The 
"Vintage Formula/Spirit" is just right and we should fight to protect it.
