I did do a Smitty conversion a while back and am pretty happy. You will need to modify the tranny tunnel. It is a pretty simple changeover which involves a Toyota 2WD PU tranny and comes with a bell

I believe Jet Hot coat is the best header coat. Come in many colors and is the same as used on top fuel and funny cars, military jet engine exhausts..... No financial interest, just very satisfied.
