I have Dunlop wires with tubes fitted. I don't know what type of tubes they are, nor what size they are. I went to a tyre centre that knew what they were doing with wires and they ordered and fitted

What I did on both my Spitfires is remove the barrel and re-key them to match the ignition key. It is really easy to do if you have a number of such barrels. Just disassemble them and find the insert
