This is a much discussed subject for the TR250/TR6. It is GENERALLY known that 205/70/R15 is the closest replacement for the 185X15 stock size tire. The tire is not quite as tall as the original so

It sounds like the needle valve that is controlled by the float is stuck open. This is an easy and inexpensive replacement although you'll have to remove the carb to do so. Might as well remove both

Jim and all: My HS6 carbs (two) are running with BAG jets and .100 needles. These are the new carbs from Moss Motors. The plastic covers on the bottom of the carbs are red in color. Hope this helps.
